- Strategic leadership and operational management of the Microfabrication Core facility
- Development and optimization of advanced microfabrication techniques (lithography, etching, deposition)
- Technical mentorship and training for researchers in nanofabrication protocols
- Collaboration with principal investigators to design custom microdevices for mechanobiology studies
- Quality control and maintenance of cleanroom equipment and processes
- Grant writing and resource acquisition for facility expansion and technology upgrades
- Coordination of interdisciplinary research projects involving materials science and cell biology
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years microfabrication experience
- Proven track record in managing research facilities or core laboratories
- Expertise in semiconductor fabrication processes and soft lithography techniques
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding and manage operational budgets
- Strong publication record in nanofabrication or applied biophysics
- Experience with ISO cleanroom protocols and safety compliance
- Excellent leadership and cross-cultural communication skills
