Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team to ensure professional growth and optimal performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK.
- Manage tax reporting, compliance, and planning to ensure full adherence to Indonesian tax laws.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and data integrity.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as required.
- Provide management with detailed financial analysis, budget vs. actual reports, and strategic recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA/CA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations (PPh, PPN).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English is a plus.
