Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all accounting and finance operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections to support sustainable growth.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Implement and monitor robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners.
- Provide actionable financial analysis and reporting to senior management to guide operational decisions.
- Optimize financial processes and software implementations to increase productivity and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or Master’s degree is a strong plus).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Proven track record in cash flow management and budgeting for medium-sized enterprises.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is highly advantageous.
