Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI transformation strategy aligned with Sun Life Malaysia's overarching business objectives and vision.
- Lead the identification, prioritization, and end-to-end implementation of high-impact AI initiatives across various critical departments, including customer service, risk management, product development, and operations.
- Establish and oversee robust AI governance frameworks, including ethical guidelines, data privacy protocols, model validation processes, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team of AI specialists, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and data engineers.
- Drive organizational change management efforts to foster an AI-first culture, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new AI solutions across the enterprise.
- Manage the entire AI solution lifecycle, from initial proof-of-concept and prototyping to production deployment, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate strategically with senior leadership and key stakeholders to secure necessary resources, manage budgets, and effectively communicate AI strategy, progress, and business impact.
- Stay continuously abreast of emerging AI trends, cutting-edge technologies, and industry best practices, proactively evaluating their applicability and potential for Sun Life Malaysia.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in data science, AI/ML, or technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role specifically driving AI transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex AI projects from strategic conception to full implementation within an enterprise setting.
- Deep understanding of various AI/ML techniques (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics), cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform), and modern data architectures.
- Strong expertise in data governance, MLOps (Machine Learning Operations), ethical AI principles, and navigating regulatory compliance, particularly within financial services.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, inspire, and develop high-performing technical and data-focused teams.
- Prior experience in the financial services, insurance, or related highly regulated industry is highly advantageous.
