You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee air export/import workflows, and cultivate strong commercial partnerships to expand our market share. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the overall commercial and operational strategy for the Airfreight department.
- Manage relationships with major airlines, ground handling agents, and international partners to ensure competitive pricing and capacity.
- Oversee daily airfreight operations, ensuring compliance with international air cargo regulations and company SOPs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve KPIs related to service delivery and productivity.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities through aggressive sales strategies and networking.
- Monitor market trends, regional trade regulations, and competitor activities to refine service offerings.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in airfreight operations and business development within the freight forwarding industry.
- In-depth knowledge of IATA regulations, customs procedures, and global air logistics networks.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to develop profitable commercial portfolios and maintain high-level client satisfaction.
