Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership for Ancillary and Medical Affairs departments, aligning operations with organizational goals
- Develop and implement medical service protocols ensuring compliance with JCI and national healthcare standards
- Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of medical professionals (allied health, RMOs, Specialists)
- Establish collaborative relationships with government health bodies, medical associations, and key stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in patient care delivery and operational efficiency
- Monitor department performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
- Represent the organization in medical forums and industry conferences
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (MD/MBBS) with valid Indonesian medical license
- Minimum 10 years healthcare experience including 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in medical affairs management within hospital groups
- Strong understanding of Indonesian healthcare regulations and JCI standards
- Excellent strategic planning and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience managing multidisciplinary medical teams and cross-functional projects
- Postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Management or Business Administration preferred
