- Verify the credentials, qualifications, and licenses of applicants to meet industry standards.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all placement activities and claims documentation.
- Resolve discrepancies in documentation promptly to minimize operational delays.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the recruitment and claims workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare staffing, claims processing, or administrative support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex documentation accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using office automation software and database management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.
- Valid ID card (KTP) and willingness to work in Pekanbaru, Riau.
