Tanggung Jawab
- Provide primary healthcare services including first aid, medication administration, and health assessments
- Assist physicians in performing medical procedures and treatments
- Operate and maintain medical equipment (BP monitors, nebulizers, vision screening tools)
- Manage confidential patient records and maintain healthcare documentation
- Communicate health information to students, parents, and school staff
- Develop and implement health education programs for students
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for specialized care
Kualifikasi
- Valid nursing license and STR certification in Indonesia
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Pediatric or school healthcare experience preferred
- Proficiency in medical equipment operation
- Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
- CPR and first aid certification
- Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations
