Cimory Group is a leading consumer goods company in Indonesia, renowned for its innovative dairy and processed food products. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Area to lead our operations in Berau, Kalimantan Timur.
In this high-impact role, you will be the primary driver of our commercial success in the region. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales distribution network, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that our market presence continues to grow. You will lead a high-performing team to hit aggressive sales targets, implement nationwide marketing strategies at the local level, and ensure operational excellence across our logistics and distribution channels.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and distribution strategies to achieve regional growth targets in Berau.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse field sales and operations team to ensure peak performance and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts within the assigned territory.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for executive management.
- Oversee the operational efficiency of the local supply chain, ensuring product availability and stock management.
- Manage the area's P&L, ensuring cost optimization while maximizing revenue streams.
- Coordinate with the central marketing team to implement trade marketing programs and product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales or Distribution management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales data management and reporting.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer goods market and logistics network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Willingness to be based in Berau, Kalimantan Timur.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving revenue and expanding market share in regional territories.
