Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Supervisors
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize distribution channels and ensure product availability across retail outlets
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retail partners
- Implement promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales volume
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7 years of FMCG sales experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Jakarta's competitive market
- Expertise in retail distribution networks and consumer behavior analysis
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management capabilities
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM systems
