VA team TMH is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Bar to oversee our vibrant bar operations in Bali. As the Head of Bar, you will be the driving force behind our beverage program. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of quality, optimizing bar efficiency, and ensuring that every drink served meets our signature aesthetic and flavor profiles. We are looking for a professional who can not only manage the operational nuances of inventory and cost control but also mentor our staff to provide top-tier hospitality.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and manage daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service flow and high productivity.
  • Develop and innovate our drink menu to keep offerings fresh, trendy, and aligned with market demands.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock procurement, waste reduction, and rigorous cost control.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor bar staff to ensure consistent drink quality and professional service standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Manage bar-related scheduling, payroll documentation, and administrative duties.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by fostering a welcoming and energetic atmosphere at the bar.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a Bar Manager, Head Bartender, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and classic cocktail preparation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, inventory, and labor costs effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays as required by the industry.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume environment.
