- Lead and mentor bar teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Develop innovative beverage menus, cocktail programs, and seasonal promotions
- Manage inventory, cost control, and procurement to optimize profitability
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and liquor regulations
- Coordinate with F&B team to create seamless guest experiences across touchpoints
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Train staff on product knowledge, mixology techniques, and upselling strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years in senior bar management within luxury hospitality
- Advanced mixology certification and extensive beverage knowledge
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost control and budgeting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in high-energy, guest-centric environments
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency highly desirable
