- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand market share and increase revenue streams.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with government agencies, corporate partners, and key community stakeholders.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Bali region and surrounding areas.
- Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and service agreements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align business objectives with organizational goals.
- Represent Siloam Hospitals at industry events and community engagements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in business development, sales, or executive management within the healthcare or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing government relations and large-scale partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to manage and mentor cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian healthcare landscape and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
