Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, government entities, and technology providers
- Lead market expansion initiatives into new geographic and industry verticals
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Build and mentor high-performing business development teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align business objectives with customer needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in business development or sales leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving market expansion
- Strong network within Sarawak's technology and business community
- Expertise in digital economy initiatives and emerging technologies
- Exceptional strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
