Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive corporate revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key partnerships and strategic collaborations within the industry.
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from lead generation and negotiation to final contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure service alignment and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior management regarding revenue growth and market penetration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development or corporate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing large corporate accounts.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta market and professional networking landscape.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills in both English and Indonesian.
- High proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
