Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans for shipping and logistics services
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities in maritime transport and supply chain solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and client acquisition goals
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive intelligence
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with major shipping clients and vendors
- Oversee sales operations and performance metrics across the business development division
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in shipping/logistics sales or business development management
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of Indonesian shipping industry regulations and practices
- Experience managing sales teams and developing business strategies
