Siloam Hospitals Group is a leading private healthcare provider in Indonesia, dedicated to delivering world-class medical services. We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Business to drive our growth initiatives in the Jambi region. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business performance, developing strategic plans to expand our market presence, and ensuring the financial health of our operations.
As the Head of Business, you will lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. You will act as the primary liaison with key stakeholders, including insurance providers, corporate partners, and government entities, ensuring Siloam Hospitals remains the preferred healthcare destination in Jambi. Your expertise in healthcare business management will be crucial in navigating market challenges and seizing new opportunities.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the Jambi region.
- Oversee sales operations, including strategic planning, target setting, and performance monitoring.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of business development and sales professionals.
- Manage regional budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximizing profitability.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies and corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient demographics to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinical teams to align business goals with patient care objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare or hospital industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales management, or regional operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in English and Indonesian.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare landscape and insurance schemes in Indonesia.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
