- Develop and execute comprehensive capital investment strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead due diligence, valuation, and acquisition of strategic assets and market opportunities
- Manage investment portfolio performance with continuous risk assessment and optimization
- Oversee financial modeling, forecasting, and capital allocation processes
- Build and maintain relationships with key financial institutions and investment partners
- Present investment recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Drive innovation in capital management practices to enhance ROI and market competitiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in capital management, investment banking, or corporate finance
- Proven track record of managing investment portfolios valued at ₱100M+
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and risk analysis
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing finance teams
- Deep understanding of consumer goods market dynamics and investment trends
- Professional certifications (CFA, FRM) or equivalent experience
