- Develop and execute strategic operational plans for the central food factory to maximize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept generation and recipe formulation to testing, scaling, and market launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demand.
- Ensure stringent adherence to all food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, local regulatory requirements) and quality control protocols across all production stages.
- Manage supply chain logistics, inventory, and procurement processes to optimize material flow and reduce waste.
- Drive B2B growth initiatives by developing innovative food solutions tailored to client needs and expanding market reach.
- Manage the factory's P&L, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and automation where appropriate to enhance operational output and reduce manual effort.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in food manufacturing, central kitchen operations, or a large-scale F&B production environment.
- Proven track record in product development, from ideation to successful commercialization of food products.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, ISO 22000, and quality management systems.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and operational costs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop large teams in a dynamic production setting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, with a capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
