Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing and brand strategy for SC Ventures and its portfolio companies, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive client acquisition strategies, including performance marketing, digital campaigns, content marketing, and partnerships, to achieve aggressive growth targets for new ventures.
  • Shape and articulate the SC Ventures brand narrative, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all internal and external touchpoints.
  • Oversee budget management for marketing activities, optimizing spend for maximum ROI and impact.
  • Collaborate closely with venture leadership, product teams, and corporate communications to ensure integrated strategies and seamless execution.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
  • Identify emerging market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to inform and evolve marketing strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, with at least 5 years specifically in a senior brand management, client acquisition, or growth marketing capacity.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling brands, and driving customer acquisition for new businesses or ventures, preferably within FinTech, Tech, or B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse, global marketing team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, programmatic advertising) and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and optimizing spend for performance.
