- Develop and implement comprehensive clinic expansion strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee end-to-end clinic development from site selection to operational launch
- Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, licensing, and compliance standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications for all build-out initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams including construction, operations, and regulatory affairs
- Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis for new clinic locations
- Establish partnerships with vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor KPIs and optimize clinic build processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 10+ years in healthcare management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in clinic development, healthcare facility management, or expansion projects
- Expertise in healthcare regulations, licensing processes, and compliance frameworks
- Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience in budget management and contract negotiation for large-scale projects
- Exceptional strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
