Are you a natural leader with a passion for financial operations and team management? Sinar Jernih Suksesindo is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Head of Collection to join our dynamic team in Sleman, Yogyakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end collection activities, ensuring the efficiency of our financial services, and maintaining excellent recovery performance.
As the Head of Collection, you will lead a dedicated team to manage outstanding accounts, implement strategic recovery processes, and uphold professional standards while interacting with clients. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong negotiation skills combined with a strategic mindset to drive optimal results for our financing operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the collection team to ensure productivity and target achievement.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize recovery rates.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance against set KPIs.
- Ensure all collection activities adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance standards.
- Handle complex cases and conduct field visits or negotiations when necessary.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on collection performance and outstanding portfolio status.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment disputes and customer inquiries effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree from any field, preferably Finance, Management, or Law.
- Proven experience as a Collection Head, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a financing/banking industry.
- Strong understanding of collection regulations, credit risk management, and debt recovery processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C/A) and own vehicle is a plus.
- Willing to be based in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta.
