Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive collection and recovery strategies to minimize delinquency rates and improve asset quality.
- Design, monitor, and optimize collection workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational KPIs and risk appetite.
- Lead and mentor the collection team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on goal achievement and professional development.
- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives across recovery channels.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, OJK guidelines, and internal legal protocols throughout the collection process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Credit Risk, Legal, and Finance departments, to streamline asset management.
- Manage relationships with third-party agencies and vendors to ensure vendor performance meets contractual obligations and standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in credit recovery, collection operations, or risk management within the financial services or asset management industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale collection portfolios and improving recovery outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian banking/finance regulations and the legal framework for debt recovery.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence at an executive level.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is essential.
