PT Jamkrida Jakarta is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Compliance & Legal to join our executive leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's overall legal framework, ensuring full adherence to all applicable national and international regulations, and managing legal risks effectively. You will act as a key advisor to the management board, providing expert legal counsel that aligns with the company's business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance and integrity.
As the leader of the legal department, you will drive the development and implementation of robust compliance programs. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring regulatory changes, conducting internal audits, and navigating complex legal landscapes to safeguard the organization's operations and reputation. We are looking for a proactive professional who can foster a culture of compliance across the entire organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the company's comprehensive legal compliance strategy and regulatory adherence across all departments.
- Conduct thorough legal risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies to protect company assets.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Lead internal legal audits and investigations to ensure strict adherence to corporate policies and labor laws.
- Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to the Board of Directors and senior management on business decisions.
- Manage external legal representation and coordinate with external law firms to handle litigation and specialized legal matters.
- Develop, update, and enforce corporate policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Law (S2 Hukum) is preferred; Bachelor’s degree (S1 Hukum) is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a senior legal or compliance role within the corporate sector.
- Strong command of Indonesian Labor Law, Commercial Law, and corporate regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record in managing complex legal disputes, compliance audits, and regulatory investigations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts.
- Ability to lead a legal team effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., Advocate/Notary) is a significant advantage.
