Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and review a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
- Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian labor laws, corporate regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in corporate governance matters, including board resolutions and statutory filings.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support business decision-making and strategy.
- Handle dispute resolution and coordinate effectively with external legal counsel.
- Oversee regulatory compliance for shipping operations and logistics activities.
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on contractual obligations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university.
- Active membership in the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) is highly preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) – essential for this role.
- Proven experience in corporate legal affairs or the maritime/shipping industry.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian Civil Code and Commercial Law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal priorities.
