- Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies to meet business objectives and client demands.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of contract logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of logistics professionals to foster a culture of excellence.
- Optimize supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement to reduce operational costs and increase efficiency.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and key stakeholders to ensure service quality.
- Analyze market trends and logistics data to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and industry standards in the transport and manufacturing sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in contract logistics, supply chain management, or transportation operations.
- Proven track record of leadership experience in managing large-scale logistics teams and operations.
- Strong understanding of logistics software, ERP systems, and supply chain analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to manage internal and external relationships.
