As the Head of Culinary Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing culinary strategies that align with our brand's vision while ensuring operational excellence. You will lead a team of culinary professionals, drive menu innovation, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and consistency across all our outlets.

  • Lead and manage all culinary operations for QSR and catering divisions

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in culinary operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in QSR or fast-casual dining environments
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Deep understanding of cost control, inventory management, and supply chain operations
