Benby Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Data and Analytics to lead our enterprise data transformation. Based in Manresa, Metro Manila, this is a career-defining opportunity to shape the data destiny of a dynamic and growing organization.
As the Head of Data and Analytics, you will be the architect of our data strategy, responsible for harnessing the power of our data assets to improve service delivery, enhance operational speed, and drive measurable profitability at scale. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy, roadmap, and governance framework to align with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data engineers, data scientists, and business intelligence analysts.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data infrastructure (data warehouses, data lakes, ETL pipelines) on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Partner with executive leadership and business units to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve service, speed, and profitability.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to generate predictive insights and automate decision-making.
- Establish and enforce enterprise data governance policies, standards, and practices ensuring data quality, security, and compliance (Data Privacy Act, GDPR).
- Champion a data-driven culture across the organization by promoting data literacy and self-service analytics.
- Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in data management and analytics, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade data solutions from the ground up.
- Deep technical expertise in modern data stacks (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), ETL processes, and SQL.
- Strong proficiency in analytics programming languages (Python, R) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary data teams.
- In-depth understanding of data governance, data privacy regulations, and security best practices.
