Ben Line Agencies is seeking a visionary Head of Data & Integration to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of the migration, mapping, and operational management of our Master Data and Transactional Data. Your expertise will ensure a seamless and robust ERP transition, minimizing downtime and maximizing data integrity across our logistics network.
You will act as the bridge between technical engineering and business operations, overseeing complex data integration projects. We need a leader who can design scalable data architectures and implement governance frameworks that drive efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end strategy for the migration of Master Data and Transactional Systems to the new ERP platform.
- Define and execute data mapping strategies to ensure 100% data accuracy and consistency.
- Oversee the technical integration of APIs and third-party applications with our core ERP systems.
- Establish data governance policies, including quality standards and security protocols.
- Manage a cross-functional team, providing mentorship and setting clear performance objectives.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues during and post-transition.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Engineering, or Integration roles.
- Proven track record of leading ERP implementations or large-scale data migration projects.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of data professionals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into business solutions.
