We are seeking a visionary Head of Data to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping our data strategy, driving data governance, and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization. You will lead a high-performing team to leverage data assets for business growth, risk management, and customer experience enhancement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the overall Data Strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and quality controls.
- Lead the development of enterprise-wide data architectures and data integration solutions.
- Manage a diverse team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities and solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards (e.g., PDPA).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proven track record of at least 12-15 years in data management, analytics, or technology leadership roles.
- Strong experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly desirable.
- Deep knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence senior management.
- Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure) or Data Management (e.g., TOGAF) are a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
