Tanggung Jawab
- Define, develop, and execute the overarching Software & AI strategy, aligning it with company objectives and industry trends in Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics.
- Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering teams responsible for embedded systems, cloud platforms, and AI/ML solution development.
- Drive innovation in product and solution design, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to best practices.
- Manage departmental budgets, resources, and operational efficiency to maximize impact and ROI.
- Collaborate strategically with cross-functional departments (e.g., operations, supply chain) to identify opportunities for technological leverage and integration.
- Establish and maintain robust software architecture standards, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of all solutions.
- Represent the department externally, engaging with partners, vendors, and industry forums to stay abreast of advancements and foster strategic alliances.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or departmental head role.
- Proven expertise in developing and deploying solutions involving Embedded Systems, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred), and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML).
- Demonstrable track record of leading large, complex software engineering teams and successfully delivering high-impact projects.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate technical vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps) and project management principles.
- Experience within the Manufacturing, Transport, or Logistics sectors, with an understanding of their operational challenges and technological needs, is highly advantageous.
