- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with educational standards and student needs
- Lead student development initiatives including academic support, enrichment programs, and holistic growth activities
- Mentor and coach teaching staff through professional development programs and performance feedback systems
- Drive strategic school initiatives to enhance educational outcomes and institutional reputation
- Engage stakeholders including parents, community partners, and educational authorities to build collaborative relationships
- Manage departmental resources, budgets, and operations to optimize educational delivery
- Monitor and assess department performance using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in educational leadership with 3+ years in department head role
- Proven track record in curriculum development and instructional excellence
- Strong expertise in student development programs and educational psychology
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to inspire diverse teams
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and community partnership building
- Knowledge of Singapore's education framework and MOE guidelines
