Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic departmental plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure peak performance and employee engagement.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management regarding operational progress.
- Oversee daily FMCG operations, ensuring strict adherence to quality control and safety standards.
- Manage departmental budget, resources, and staffing requirements effectively.
- Collaborate with other department heads to streamline organizational workflows and communication.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in an FMCG or related industry.
- Strong background in operational management, logistics, or distribution.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable tasks.
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
