Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Hotel & Tourism Management department, including faculty supervision and strategic planning
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging lectures for diploma-level courses in hospitality operations and tourism management
- Develop and implement industry-aligned curriculum with emphasis on practical skills development
- Assess student performance through examinations, projects, and industry-based assessments
- Foster industry partnerships and arrange internships, guest lectures, and site visits
- Mentor students in academic and career development while maintaining industry connections
- Oversee departmental quality assurance, accreditation compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years industry experience in hotel/tourism operations with leadership background
- Teaching experience at tertiary level with curriculum development expertise
- Strong industry network and partnerships within Malaysian hospitality sector
- Excellent communication, presentation, and student mentoring abilities
- Familiarity with MOHE accreditation standards and industry best practices
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching tools
