Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatching.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse personnel to ensure operational targets are met.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve safety and workflow efficiency.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Analyze operational performance data and report key metrics to senior management.
- Maintain equipment maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (OSH).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, distribution, or supply chain logistics.
- Proven track record in leadership and staff management within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and cost optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of safety protocols, security procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
