You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of design activities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality railway systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and implement the overall design strategy for railway systems engineering projects.
- Ensure strict technical governance and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Oversee delivery assurance processes to guarantee on-time and within-budget project completion.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing design team of engineers and architects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers and engineering leads, to align design goals with business objectives.
- Manage design budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements in railway systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related Design field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in railway systems engineering or a related heavy industry.
- Proven track record of leadership roles within a design or engineering organization.
- Strong understanding of technical governance frameworks and delivery assurance methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment.
