As we evolve, we are seeking a visionary Head of Digital to spearhead our digital transformation journey and define the technological future of our Group of Companies.
The Role
In this high-impact leadership position, you will be responsible for the development and execution of a cohesive Digital Strategy across the PETROS Group. You will act as a catalyst for innovation, identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and business value. This role requires a blend of strategic foresight, technical expertise, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to navigate the complexities of the energy sector in a digital age.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and lead the comprehensive digital transformation roadmap for the PETROS Group of Companies.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and Cloud Computing to optimize upstream and downstream operations.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of enterprise-wide digital solutions and high-performance IT infrastructure.
- Oversee digital governance, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks to protect organizational data assets.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align digital initiatives with long-term corporate objectives and ROI targets.
- Manage the digital investment budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum business impact.
- Foster a culture of digital literacy and innovation throughout the organization through change management and training initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related Business field.
- Minimum 12-15 years of professional experience in IT or Digital roles, with at least 5 years in a senior executive leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation projects within the Energy, Oil & Gas, or heavy infrastructure sectors.
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, data analytics, and industrial automation.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian regulatory environment and digital compliance standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving corporate environment while driving strategic change.
