Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of electrical technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all electrical works strictly adhere to national safety regulations and internal quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers to meet project deadlines and budget targets.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare regular progress reports on site activities and equipment status.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or Supervisor (min. 3-5 years).
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, circuitry, and automation systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical schematics.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage small to medium-sized teams.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety (K3) protocols.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
