Cebu Landmasters is seeking a visionary Head of Engineering to lead our technical infrastructure in Cebu City. - Lead the engineering strategy and technical vision for Cebu Landmasters.
- Oversee the reliability and performance of all internal systems, infrastructure, and applications.
- Collaborate with product and business leaders to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment to ensure scalability.
- Drive technical decision-making and evaluate emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Manage technical budgets and resource allocation to ensure optimal project delivery.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and large-scale technical projects.
- Strong expertise in system architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the real estate or Fintech sector is highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, C#, etc.) and database management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and improve system reliability.
