Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive engineering strategies and technical roadmaps for in-house construction projects.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of engineering staff, providing clear agendas for their professional growth and development.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning and design to execution and final handover, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes (NSCP), safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes.
- Manage resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and machinery, to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee the structural integrity and aesthetic excellence of all developments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Professional License (Philippine Board of Civil Engineering) is required.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in construction, real estate, or civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or Head of Engineering role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects within the Philippines.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, construction materials, and engineering methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a strong plus.
