Join Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia as the Head of Engineering Process Department and spearhead transformative initiatives in our manufacturing operations. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team in implementing continuous improvement methodologies, optimizing production workflows, and ensuring compliance with international quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the entire engineering process department with strategic direction and tactical execution
- Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure alignment of engineering processes with corporate goals and industry best practices
- Oversee continuous improvement programs including Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and automation projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering solutions across production lines
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor engineering process effectiveness
- Mentor and develop engineering talent while fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years in process engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in manufacturing process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong background in steel or heavy manufacturing industry highly desirable
- Expertise in engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, process simulation tools)
- Advanced knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance requirements
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to drive change and develop high-performing teams
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for cross-functional communication
