Join Papa Lee's Taiwan Noodle & Dumpling as Head of Engineering and lead our critical infrastructure operations in Bali. This senior role demands expertise in MEP systems, HVAC management, building automation, and pool maintenance. You'll oversee facility engineering operations, ensuring optimal performance, safety compliance, and cost efficiency across our hospitality venues. The ideal candidate will drive preventive maintenance programs, manage vendor relationships, and implement sustainable engineering solutions while mentoring a technical team. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead MEP system operations including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure
- Manage HVAC systems for optimal climate control and energy efficiency
- Oversee building management systems and automation technologies
- Coordinate pool maintenance, water quality testing, and safety protocols
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules
- Manage engineering budgets and vendor contracts
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and industry standards
- Mentor and develop engineering team capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in MEP/HAC engineering management
- Proven expertise in building management systems and pool maintenance
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Certification in HVAC systems or facility management preferred
- Knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and codes
- Proficiency in engineering management software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
