Nexus Global Operator (NGO) is a pioneering joint venture between PayNet and NETS, established to function as the Nexus Technical Operator. We are at the forefront of cross-border payment integration, tasked with building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers regional financial connectivity.
We are seeking a visionary Head of Enterprise Architecture to lead our strategic technology roadmap. In this high-impact role, you will define the technical vision for our ecosystem, ensuring our architecture is scalable, secure, and aligned with the rigorous demands of national-level payment systems. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, championing innovation in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Define and drive the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives of the Nexus ecosystem.
- Lead the design and governance of scalable, high-availability, and secure technical architectures for cross-border payment platforms.
- Oversee the selection and integration of core technology stacks, ensuring interoperability between PayNet and NETS environments.
- Establish architectural standards, policies, and best practices to ensure consistency, security, and performance across all technical teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Mentor and lead a team of architects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous technological advancement.
- Assess emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the organization ahead of the curve in fintech security and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of payment systems, financial infrastructure, and regional financial regulations.
- Proven track record of designing complex, distributed, and mission-critical enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of modern architectural patterns (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Event-driven architecture).
- Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Experience in highly regulated industries or national-level infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
