Join Manggis Chicken Farm as our Head of Farm GP/PS Production and lead our poultry operations to new heights. Based in Cianjur, Jawa Barat, you'll oversee Grand Parent (GP) and Parent Stock (PS) production cycles, ensuring optimal hatchability, flock health, and biosecurity compliance. This leadership role requires strategic planning to maximize productivity while maintaining sustainable farming practices. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative breeding programs and drive operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic planning and execution of GP/PS production cycles
- Team leadership and development of farm operations staff
- Implementation of biosecurity protocols and animal welfare standards
- Performance monitoring of key production metrics (hatchability, livability)
- Coordination with veterinary teams for disease prevention and control
- Budget management and resource optimization for production units
- Continuous improvement of breeding programs and genetic outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or Agriculture
- Minimum 8 years experience in poultry farming, with 3+ years in GP/PS production
- Proven leadership skills managing farm operations teams
- Expertise in poultry breeding genetics and production cycles
- Strong understanding of Indonesian agricultural regulations
- Proficiency in farm management software and data analysis
- Certification in biosecurity and animal welfare preferred
