- Oversee all program operations including teaching, curriculum development, and student assessment
- Lead and mentor faculty members to ensure high-quality instruction and professional development
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with industry partners for internships and employment opportunities
- Monitor student progress and implement initiatives to enhance student success and retention
- Stay current with fashion industry trends and integrate them into the curriculum
- Manage program budget and resources effectively
- Represent the program at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure program alignment with institutional goals
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Fashion Business, Fashion Design, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the fashion industry with management experience
- Previous experience in education or training, preferably in higher education
- Strong understanding of fashion business operations, retail, and marketing
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain industry partnerships
- Experience with curriculum development and program assessment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
