Sant Group Indonesia is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) to oversee our financial operations in Jakarta Pusat. Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and supervise all accounting, finance, and tax functions to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for senior leadership.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize corporate tax liabilities while ensuring full adherence to local tax regulations.
- Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and capital allocation.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, conducting variance analysis to ensure organizational goals are met.
- Establish and maintain internal control systems to mitigate financial risks and ensure data security.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth financial operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or Brevet A/B certification is a strong advantage).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, etc.) and PSAK standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for complex financial modeling.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into clear business strategies.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
