Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support the long-term growth and operational goals of Datra Internusa.
- Oversee all fiscal reporting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (FP&A) processes to ensure accurate resource allocation.
- Manage treasury functions, cash flow analysis, and capital structure optimization.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards (PSAK), and internal audit requirements.
- Provide strategic insights and financial advice to the Board of Directors and executive leadership.
- Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team to foster a culture of accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline operational costs and improve profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; a Master’s degree or professional qualification (CPA, CA, CFA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in senior finance roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing complex financial operations within the Indonesian market.
- Deep expertise in financial reporting, corporate tax, and statutory compliance.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and strategic thinking.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
