Corner House is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Head of Finance & Accounting to oversee the financial health and operational excellence of our growing hospitality group in Bali. In this pivotal role, you will lead the finance department, ensuring accurate reporting, rigorous compliance, and actionable financial insights that drive our business growth.
As the Head of Finance, you will act as a key business partner to the management team, transforming data into strategic decisions. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing day-to-day accounting operations with high-level financial planning and analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all financial and accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies to ensure operational efficiency and asset protection.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, providing meaningful variance analysis and actionable recommendations to management.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
- Ensure full tax compliance and optimize tax strategies for the group.
- Mentor and lead the finance team to foster a culture of professional growth and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial management, ideally within the hospitality or food and beverage sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between finance and operational departments.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is essential for effective communication across all levels of the organization.
