PT Annajon Citarasa Global is a dynamic and rapidly growing player in the F&B industry, currently seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance & Accounting to join our leadership team in Jakarta Selatan. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our fiscal health, overseeing everything from day-to-day accounting operations to high-level financial planning and analysis.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support the company’s business objectives and outlet expansion plans.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and tax compliance.
- Manage corporate cash flow effectively, ensuring sufficient liquidity for all operational needs across multiple outlets.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth.
- Supervise, mentor, and lead the finance and accounting team to foster a culture of high performance and accuracy.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain strong financial relationships.
- Implement robust internal control systems to mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA/Magister Akuntansi) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial position within the F&B or Retail industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and PSAK standards.
- Proven ability to manage cash flow and operational budgets for multiple business units.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or accurate accounting systems) and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
