Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial transaction management and general ledger operations
- Ensure compliance with PSAK, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for executive leadership
- Develop and implement tax optimization strategies aligned with Indonesian regulations
- Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with corporate teams on strategic financial planning and risk management
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal control systems
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, Akuntan Publik) preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting with 3+ years in leadership
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and accounting standards (PSAK)
- Proven track record in financial management, team leadership, and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis tools
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen with experience in corporate financial strategy
